Renting a furnished apartment should come with as much certainty as possible.
Like a hotel, many corporate accommodation bookings are completed suite unseen, where the consumer makes a financial commitment, without seeing the final product.

We've added 60 photos to our photo album! Check it our in November 6,2006 Photo Update album.
Our resident photographer continually expores the urban fabric of downtown Toronto.
Our latest update of photos were taken over the last few months throughout the St Lawrence Market, Old Town Toronto, Corktown, Dundas Square and Eaton Centre. We've also taken a lot of photos of new construction sites across Toronto.
Based on your comments, we've created a new album to seperate new photos from our existing albums to make it easier to find. When a new photo update is provided, we will integrate photos in the albums based on their location (St Lawrence Market, Financial District, Yorkville, Dundas Square and New Construction).

We've added a map of 25 downtown Toronto hotels to our website. Click here to see the map.
This is the map of the locations from our Downtown Toronto hotel list that we added to our website last week.
Although our primary focus of our website is to provide information about furnished apartments and short and long term corporate accommodations, many times travellers choose hotels instead. Many hotels as well try to cater to the furnished rental market by providing discounts for extended stays (usually for periods over a month).
We recommend that you compare the prices and services between both products, furnished rentals and hotels.
You will generally find cheaper prices and more home like features (i.e. kitchen, washer and dryer) with a furnished apartment than you will with a hotel, and if you have had to stay away on a temporary basis away from home before, you will know how quickly such things can make a big difference.

We have added a new list to our website, the Downtown Toronto Hotel List.
One of our central themes to our website is that sometimes too much information can be both confusing and time consuming when seeking accommodations. There are many lists and directories of hotels for Toronto on the web, that do a great job of listing all the hotels in Toronto, however, if you aren't from Toronto, or do not know much about the city, staying in Mississauga or Thornhill (suburbs on Toronto which require car commutes) is much different than staying in the city.
Our Downtown Toronto Hotel List focuses only on these hotels that are with in the downtown city core. The hotels on our list are located in or close to one of the following central downtown Toronto districts: Financial District, Entertainment District, Yorkville, St Lawrence, Eaton Centre/Dundas Square.

On May 27,2006 we took a walk in downtown Toronto in the area around Dundas Square and Eaton Centre. We also ventured off to the City Hall, Old City Hall, Canon Theatre, Winter Garden and Elign Theatre and the National Ballet School of Canada.
May 27 and 28,2006 was Doors Open in Toronto, an annual weekend event which allows visitors free access to architecturally and/or culturally significant properties that are either not usually open to the public.
